JOB DUTIES Nursing Assistants placed at our residential care facilities at Amnegården, Gullspång. The duties include meeting the individual's needs for care and services in their home. Performing medical procedures on delegation from a registered nurse. As an employee, you collaborate with residents, colleagues, nurses, and management. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking trained nursing assistants where vocational training in dementia and/or welfare technology is an asset, with an interest in working on development and change. Great emphasis is placed on good flexibility and collaboration skills, as work takes place across multiple units (Fågelön, Fällholmen, and Storön). Employees need to be able to adapt to different work groups and contribute to good collaboration between units. As of July 1st this year, language requirements for elderly care personnel come into effect. The requirement is that staff have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, to provide safe and quality care. Additionally, good computer skills are required. It is important that applicants have a positive view of people, strong commitment, a sense of responsibility, and prioritize the elderly's individual needs. We are looking for people who believe in the equal value and rights of all people. It is an asset if applicants have experience with the Lifecare documentation tool. Generally, one works for cohesion in work groups, is a positive colleague, and sees failures as learning opportunities while creating space for dialogue. Great importance is placed on personal suitability where conduct, approach, and collaboration skills are important. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Permanent position. Duration: Permanent, start date: As soon as possible or by agreement. Working hours: Shift work. Working hours are scheduled for day and evening shifts on a rotating 5-week schedule. Both positions involve working 2 out of 5 weekends with many working days on weekdays.
