Your Assignment Nacka Senior Center Ektorp is a senior residential facility with 118 places that offers both somatic care and accommodations for individuals with cognitive illnesses. The facility is located near Ektorp center and has its own kitchen, activity coordinator, kiosk, and day activities program. We are now seeking several excellent nursing assistant colleagues for positions on day, evening, and weekend shifts. As a nursing assistant, you work directly with residents to ensure person-centered care and support as part of the team. Together, you work both supportively and preventatively. Your main tasks will include helping residents with their daily activities—from personal care to contributing to a meaningful and stimulating life based on each individual's needs, interests, and capabilities. Your Experience To be suitable for this role, you must have: Completed and approved nursing assistant education Experience in elderly care Knowledge of dementia care is a merit Experience with responsibility areas (e.g., palliative care liaison) is a merit Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Are You the Right Fit? You build good relationships and collaborate effectively with both residents, family members, and colleagues. You work independently and remain calm and focused on solutions when facing obstacles.
