In November 2026, Miriamhemmet, a brand new care and residential facility, will open in Tensta. Here we create together a care home where residents' needs, wishes, and quality of life are at the center. Miriamhemmet has 80 apartments distributed across eight units and is adapted for people with both somatic and cognitive illnesses. The facility features bright common areas, balconies, and a large green roof terrace with space for both activities and relaxation.

About the Role
As a nursing assistant at Miriamhemmet, you work closely with residents and together with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and other professionals to create a safe and meaningful everyday life.
You and your colleagues plan the work based on the residents' individual needs and wishes. Person-centered care, activities, meals, and primary contact person responsibilities are important parts of the work.
Because Miriamhemmet is a brand new care home, you also get to be part of building up the operation from the start. Together with your colleagues, you develop work methods, routines, and a culture where the resident is at the center.
We are recruiting nursing assistants for both day/evening and night shifts. In your application, you can indicate which working hours you are interested in. You can also indicate that both are relevant for you.

Your Experience
We are looking for someone who has:
a nursing assistant diploma from the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen)
previous experience working at a care home for the elderly
good knowledge of Swedish in speaking and writing
good digital competence.
It is a merit if you have experience in care and support for people with cognitive impairment.
