Responsibilities To provide care and services according to support decisions and implementation plans, with the user's needs at the center, while respecting the user's integrity, participation, and self-determination. The responsibilities also include IT-based documentation and administration, as well as delegated healthcare tasks. Qualifications Care and nursing program or other education that provides nursing assistant competence, as well as good computer skills. The position requires good cooperation ability, flexibility, and independence. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. Medication delegation. We consider it meritorious if you have some form of specialist training, for example in dementia care, palliative care, or in healthcare and elderly care. Conditions As of July 1, 2023, nursing assistant is a protected professional title and you must apply for a certificate from the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare to use the title nursing assistant. You must have approved grades in Swedish speaking and writing. Before a job offer is made, a certificate from the police's criminal record register must be presented.
