Kungsgården has 51 apartments distributed across five units. We have one unit with a Finnish focus, where regular staff speak Finnish. We also have 2 dementia units. 3 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for you who enjoy working with elderly people and appreciate social interaction in everyday life. As a nursing assistant in a care residence, you will be a key person in our team. Work tasks vary depending on the care needs of the resident. In general, your main responsibilities will include: * Providing personal care and support to our residents. * Performing medical tasks according to delegation from a registered nurse. * Collaborating with colleagues and other professionals to ensure high quality care. * Contributing to a positive and developmental work environment. * Documenting and reporting according to applicable procedures. QUALIFICATIONS For this position, we are looking for you with the following qualifications and competencies: * Trained and certified nursing assistant (include proof of protected professional title in your application) * Good knowledge of the Swedish language, spoken and written. This is required to be able to communicate with our residents and document in our systems. * Able to accept delegated tasks from the responsible registered nurse * Takes initiative, starts activities, and achieves results. * Collaborates well with other people and relates to them in a responsive and flexible manner. You listen, communicate, and resolve collaboration difficulties or conflicts constructively. * Are self-driven and take responsibility for your tasks. You structure and manage your work independently. * Are service-oriented with interest, willingness, and ability to help others. You are attentive and accommodating in your interactions. Experience working with people with dementia is meriting, as is experience of having previously worked at a care residence. Experience actively working as an ombudsman, such as a quality ombudsman, is meriting as we have a focus on quality work and our ombudsman roles here at Kungsgården fulfill an important function.
