Job Responsibilities As a nursing assistant in municipal home care services, you will: Provide care and support services in the user's own home based on individual needs and approved services. Offer support and care with a focus on safety, independence, and participation. Document and follow up on completed services and report any changes. Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals. Provide support in daily living activities, such as personal care, meals, mobility assistance, walks, and household services. It is important to be independent and able to make responsible decisions in various situations. About the Workplace The Social Services Department's main mission is to offer individualized support and services within elderly care, disability services, children and family services, adult services, and financial assistance. We are present for residents throughout their lives. At Nynäshamn's municipal home care services, we are dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive work environment. We are approximately 90 employees responsible for serving over 200 users between 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM. In addition to regular home care services, Safety Patrols and Night Patrols are also part of the team to ensure care and safety around the clock. What We're Looking For Nursing assistant education with protected professional title Experience with social documentation Class B driver's license and good driving skills Good cycling skills Basic computer knowledge Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written It is advantageous if you have: Experience working in home care services Personal Qualities We Seek We are looking for someone who is calm and stable with a professional and respectful demeanor.
