In Svalövs municipality, we are now seeking nursing assistants for regular housing who want to be an active part of an engaged team. With us, we work in teams with a focus on the care recipient's needs, security, and participation. Together, you take responsibility for the overall planning, implementation, and development of care. Working hours: day/evening/weekend according to schedule. As a nursing assistant, you work in the care recipients' own homes with: • Personal care, support, and assistance in everyday life • Health and medical care tasks by delegation • Documentation in accordance with applicable legislation • Active and good cooperation with colleagues, nurses, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, and benefits officer • To meet the care recipients' needs, we see that you are willing to accept, renew, and work with the delegations required. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • Are a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title • Have a genuine commitment to elder care and person-centered care • Are positive about providing necessary delegations as part of your professional responsibility • Enjoy working in a team and actively contribute to good cooperation and work environment • Take your own initiative and great responsibility for your work • Have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • B-class driver's license is a requirement. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer, ending: 2027-12-31.
