JOB DUTIES
Job duties consist of personal care, delegated nursing tasks such as blood draws and extensive wound dressing changes, as well as service and daily chores. The work also includes close collaboration with planners, nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and the unit manager. The work is largely independent but double staffing also occurs.
We work with fixed care contacts and ombudsman assignments where you as an employee have the opportunity to grow with responsibility while also being part of the organization's development.
The home care groups are based at Mariegärdes Väg 7. We currently work with a 14-week schedule with service during day and evening shifts, and you work three of seven weekends. The schedule also includes resource shifts to cover absences at other work sites.
The positions we are seeking are four permanent positions. Start date is as soon as possible by agreement.
QUALIFICATIONS
For this position, we are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and preferably have work experience from home care.
We are looking for you who are an attentive, positive, and confident person in individual meetings with users and have a good ability to work independently with care tasks. Your inspiring and positive approach contributes to a sense of community and joy for both residents and your colleagues.
You must be flexible since the work is based on close collaboration with your colleagues where you are expected to step in and provide support as needed across all three groups, as well as in other areas through resource shifts.
We would like to see that you have experience working with people with mental health issues. You are also expected to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. This is because many of your tasks involve receiving instructions and passing on information in a correct and clear manner.
We assume you have a certain digital maturity in computer and mobile use since we use these as work tools.
A B-class driver's license is required for this position.
