You'll become an important part of our team where we work together for high quality and safe care. About the Role and Your Tasks Your work is guided by the needs of the individuals you support. A workday may consist of providing support and assistance with personal care, care work, medical interventions delegated by a nurse, and other help that the person you support needs. Documentation is done in Lifecare. Your role also includes contributing to the development and maintenance of high quality in our services. With us, you have the opportunity to work in different roles. As a fixed care contact, you are responsible for developing and following up implementation plans for your clients. The staff is divided into smaller units, with 2-3 fixed care contacts who, together with a flexible resource staff member, are responsible for work with the clients in that unit. You may also visit other clients. As a resource staff member, you work in more than one area. Your work shifts are scheduled within the four-area region; the home care areas of Dalby, Södra Sandby, Veberöd, and Genarp. You are flexible and enjoy meeting new colleagues and working at multiple units. We are now seeking nursing assistants for permanent positions in both day and evening shifts. The work includes working every other weekend. If you work days, shifts are typically from 07:00 to 15:00, and if you work evenings, from 14:45 to 22:45. About You We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with previous experience working in healthcare and care services. You speak Swedish fluently, both verbally and in writing, and have good digital skills, for example to be able to document. Since work in home care involves traveling between different clients' homes by bicycle, you need to be comfortable cycling. A driver's license is a merit. You are responsible, dedicated, flexible, and responsive—with clients, their families, and colleagues. You understand how important it is that each individual is involved and has a say in their daily life.
