In Svalövs Municipality, we are now recruiting nursing assistants for regular residential care who want to be an active part of a dedicated team. We work in a team-based approach with focus on the care recipient's needs, security, and participation. Together, you will take responsibility for the overall planning, implementation, and development of care. Working hours: day/evening/weekend shifts according to schedule. As a nursing assistant, you work in care recipients' own homes with: • Personal care, support, and service in daily life • Health and medical care tasks on delegation • Documentation according to current legislation • Active and good collaboration with colleagues, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and benefits advisors • To meet care recipients' needs, we see that you are willing to take on, renew, and work with the delegations required. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • Are a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title • Have genuine commitment to elderly care and person-centered care • Are positive about providing necessary delegations as part of your professional responsibility • Enjoy working in a team and actively contribute to good cooperation and climate in the workplace • Take own initiative and great responsibility for your work • Have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • B-class driver's license is a requirement.
