About Home Care Services
Humaniora home care is the municipal home care provider in Solna. We operate between 7 AM–10 PM, divided into day and evening shifts. We also have night operations from 9 PM–7:15 AM. Day staff typically start around 7 AM and work until 4:30 PM at the latest. Evening staff work between 4:30 PM–10 PM. Night staff work between 9 PM–7:15 AM and work in pairs with a colleague. You work on a rotating schedule with shifts every other weekend.
We have a total of seven teams and offices at Lövgatan 45 in Råsunda, Björnstigen 99 in Bergshamra, Hannebergsgatan 27B in Skytteholm, Förvaltarvägen 21 in Vasalund, Bredkilsbacken 1 and Storgatan 26 in Huvudsta, and Fridenborgsvägen 9 in Ulriksdal.
What Does the Role Involve?
Humaniora home care provides nursing, support, and services to our clients in their homes. This may include taking walks, cleaning, shopping, helping with meal preparation according to their preferences, and assisting with personal hygiene. You will maintain continuous written documentation. To thrive in this role, it is essential that you are comfortable with these types of tasks. The work also involves contact with clients' family members. Our clients may have pets since we work in their homes. We use systems such as Phoniro Care, Life Care planning, and Life Care mobile care.
We Are Looking for You If You:
- are a nursing assistant with a protected professional title
- can handle a smartphone as a work tool
- are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
We consider it a merit if you:
- have previous experience working in elderly care, preferably in home care
- can cycle
- hold a Class B driving license
As a person, you have good judgment, are easy to collaborate with, and can adapt to changing circumstances. You are thorough and well aware of goals and quality standards. One of your strengths is your ability to listen and be receptive to others. You are someone who likes to take initiative.

More Information About the Application
The positions are permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period at 80–100%, with a start date by agreement. Work is scheduled for day, evening, and every other weekend.
