What We're Looking For We are currently recruiting nursing assistants for Home Care Kviberg (visiting address: Artillerigatan 25), Home Care Reutersgatan Norra (visiting address: Reutersgatan 4), Home Care Utby/Gamlestaden (visiting address: Artillerigatan 25), and Alarm Unit Majorna-Linné (visiting address: Karl Johansgatan 27). We offer permanent full-time positions at all activities. One of the positions at Home Care Utby/Gamlestaden is a temporary assignment until 2026-12-31. Working hours are day and evening shifts plus every other weekend. About You Qualifications Trained nursing assistant; you can provide the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare's certificate of protected professional title, or you can show that you were employed as a nursing assistant when the new regulations were introduced Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Home Care Kviberg: B driver's license and cycling experience Home Care Utby/Gamlestaden: B driver's license and cycling experience Alarm Unit Majorna-Linné: B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles and previous experience in home care/alarm units Meritorious Home Care Utby/Gamlestaden: previous experience in home care Alarm Unit Majorna-Linné: expertise in psychiatry Home Care Reutersgatan Norra: previous experience in home care, expertise in psychiatry, and previous experience working with individuals with cognitive impairment Personal Qualities As an employee in home care/alarm units, you show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role. The care recipient's needs are the starting point for your actions. Your communication is an important part of your work as you inform colleagues about important events, have conversations with care recipients, and need to document. Work in home care/alarm units consists largely of independent work and personal responsibility, but you also work collaboratively with your colleagues with the care recipient's best interests in focus.
