Welcome to our journey toward Close Care! Work Tasks Welcome to a cheerful team in Home Care Services in Nykvarn. We are now seeking nursing assistants for our home care operations for permanent employment. We are looking for you who want to work day and evening shifts at 90% of full-time with work every other weekend, or you who want to work in the evening patrol at 80-90% of full-time with working hours until 11 p.m. on weekdays and every other weekend. The core task as a nursing assistant is to provide good individual care with the user's needs at the center. Our services are provided based on care decisions and implementation plans. The task also includes providing personal care and support in the customer's home, performing household-related services such as cleaning and laundry, support with meals, accompaniment, etc. You collaborate with colleagues and other professionals in healthcare and document according to routine. About the Operations Nykvarns home care operates based on a local value guarantee where we emphasize that we are in the service of the elderly. Home Care in Nykvarn receives top ratings in the National Board of Health and Welfare's annual user survey. We are a close-knit team that prioritizes teamwork and always puts the customer in focus. Work in home care is conducted during days, evenings, and weekends. We give our customers a functioning everyday life and we make a difference in people's lives every day. Our work group consists of approximately 27 permanent employees. We also have a night group that works only during night hours and an evening patrol that works only during evening hours. Other staff work during day and evening hours. All staff work every other weekend. We document in Life Care and use Phonirocare. Qualifications Requirements: We are looking for you who: - are a nursing assistant with a protected professional title - have a driver's license and can cycle - are fluent in Swedish in speech and writing - have experience working in home care We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and good references. We need someone who is confident, stress-resilient, and has personal maturity. You are also service-oriented and responsive to the customer's needs. You value and respect differences. You have good teamwork skills and like to share your own knowledge and experience, and you are open to learning from others. You have empathy in your interactions with other people and a genuine interest in working in the profession. You should be flexible as the work requires it.
