Description Home Care Services in Arbrå is growing with more users assessed as needing support and assistance, which is why we are now expanding our staffing with more permanent employees. We are now looking for you to join our home care teams at Arbrå Center and Arbrå Outlying Areas. We are both a walking, cycling, and car-based team. Since users need assistance around the clock, we apply irregular working hours. Job Tasks Work within home care is varied and offers many exciting meetings with interesting people. As a nursing assistant, you will work providing care and nursing based on the user's needs. It is important to us that the user maintains their self-determination, their influence, and their dignity. To assist you, you have an implementation plan developed together with the user. Medical interventions are performed under the delegation of licensed personnel. We also collaborate with other resource persons such as occupational therapists/physiotherapists/nurses. Through your attentive and professional approach, you contribute to the experience of security. Planning and Schedule The user's needs form the basis for planning and scheduling. Depending on what the needs are, you sometimes work alone and sometimes work together with other colleagues. The schedule varies with day, evening, and weekend work as well as split shifts if needed in the service. Qualifications You are a trained nursing assistant, or have other education that the employer deems equivalent, and have experience in the field. A driver's license is a requirement. Since documentation is part of your tasks, it is important that you are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. Since the work is varied, it is important that you find it easy to adapt to changed circumstances and can remain calm in pressured situations. With many interactions, it is important that you find it easy to work with other people and that you have a desire to help others. You have a commitment to the target group and a positive attitude that promotes a good work environment at the workplace. The work requires some planning, so we would like to see that you find it easy to organize and prioritize your tasks efficiently.
