Qualifications: We are looking for you with education in the care and welfare program or other education or experience in care and welfare that the employer considers relevant for the tasks. You are attentive and empathetic in your approach and have good collaborative skills. You take responsibility and show initiative based on your professional role and within given frameworks. You can express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish, which is our working language. As we are an administrative municipality for Finnish and Meänkieli, it is an advantage if you also speak one of these languages. The work requires digital documentation, so experience working with digital tools is an advantage. Driver's license category B is a requirement.
