What you will do In Home Care South, you work closely with people who need support in their own homes. You'll have an important role in creating security, structure, and a calm feeling in the everyday lives of those you meet. The work is varied, with both planned services and small urgent everyday tasks that come up along the way. Provide personal care and support with daily activities according to care plans Perform delegated health and medical care tasks from licensed personnel Support clients in social activities and create meaningful daily routines Document care services in our digital systems carefully and clearly Collaborate with colleagues, family members, and other professionals for the best possible care Actively contribute to improvements in work methods, routines, and work environment Who we think you are We're looking for someone who wants to work with people, enjoys being out in the field, and likes taking responsibility. You have your heart in the right place, your head on straight, and can find calm even when things get busy. A sense of humor, patience, and a decent knowledge of the local area don't hurt either in our home care district. Have nursing assistant training or other relevant care and welfare education Have 1 year of experience from elderly care, home care, or other care services Are confident in Swedish, both spoken and written, and can document digitally Have a B driver's license and are comfortable driving in both urban and rural areas Are responsible, flexible, attentive, and good at creating respectful interactions Enjoy working both independently and together with colleagues Why you want to work with us With us, you get approximately 750 work colleagues throughout Bengtsfors Municipality, and a close-knit group of colleagues in Home Care South.
