About the Work As a nursing assistant with us, you work to provide care, assistance, and support based on each individual's needs and circumstances. Your work tasks include providing personal care and daily support, performing delegated health and medical care tasks, working according to implementation plans, and documenting in journal systems. You collaborate with colleagues, nurses, rehabilitation staff, and family members and contribute to a safe and pleasant environment as well as to the individual's social and physical activities. In Ydre Municipality, we work with contact person assignments, which means you will have special responsibility for some of our individuals and become an important person in their daily lives. Regular team meetings create good collaboration between care staff, unit manager, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, and nurse. Work is scheduled for day, evening, and weekend shifts, and we work with full-time as the standard. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is trained as a nursing assistant with great interest in care and nursing. You have good computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. As a person, you are confident, stable, and attentive. You have the ability to see and understand the individual's needs and meet every person with respect and commitment. You have good interpersonal skills, take responsibility for your work tasks, and can work both independently and together with others. You are flexible and easily adapt when operational needs change. A B driving license is required for work in home care. More Information About the Positions In our operations, we have experienced coordinators who plan schedules and daily work. We use digital planning systems to create clarity, continuity, and quality for both employees and individuals. The positions are permanent employment and we are seeking three people.
