This includes, among other things, helping in and out of bed, personal care, cleaning and laundry, help with meals, support and care services (HSL), and other daily activities. You will also help with shopping and accompanying customers, as well as serve as their assigned care contact. No two days are alike, and you need to be flexible, solution-focused, and able to prioritize your work tasks. Through your visits, you create a sense of security for the customer. You will support the elderly and help them live an independent and active life. Work hours are scheduled for daytime, evening, and every other weekend. Animals may be present in customers' homes. Qualifications We're looking for someone with an approved nursing assistant education and who is accustomed to using digital tools in your work. You contribute to a good work environment, and since the work involves daily documentation, you need to have good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. You are motivated by providing services in customers' own homes, and you need to have good mobility, physical stability, and good basic fitness since the role involves heavy lifting and transfers. We provide home care in rural areas where difficult road conditions can occur, so it's a requirement that you have a category B driver's license and good driving experience. Animals may be present in customers' homes. It's a merit if you have previously worked in home care, have previous experience with documentation, and have worked as a contact person. It's also a merit if you have previous experience with delegated healthcare tasks and have worked with people with dementia and mental health issues. Before you can be employed, you need to provide a valid criminal record check from the police, a driver's license, and work authorization.
