Your Assignment Your work will mainly involve helping and supporting our clients in their daily lives with everything from personal hygiene, meal assistance, mobility support, shopping, and regular household tasks. Your responsibilities also include documenting, creating implementation plans, and responding to safety alarms. The position involves working evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule, as well as voluntary split shifts. We work closely with other home care teams located in the same area. You should therefore be prepared that in certain periods there may be work across the entire Welfare sector and not just within the Humlan home care area. Description of the Workplace Home care Humlan is a cheerful and committed team of nursing assistants and care attendants operating from a group office located in Söderhamn. Your Qualifications We're looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, and it's an asset if you have previous experience working in care and health services. Since computers and phones are important work tools in this position, you need to be comfortable using both. The work involves documentation and communication with various parties, which requires that you speak and write Swedish fluently. A valid driver's license is a requirement for this position. You are calm and stable, have good self-awareness, and can adapt your approach based on different situations and people's needs.
