Your Role We are now seeking nursing assistants who want to help our customers remain in their homes with security, continuity, and dignity. The work should be characterized by care, quality, and a professional approach. The role includes performing care and service tasks in the customer's home and taking responsibility for contact person duties, which means you create continuity and follow up on the customer's needs. You may also participate in care planning meetings. Social documentation is a central part of the work, and we have high standards for accuracy, structure, and compliance with applicable regulations. We are also seeking employees for extra work as needed. Hemstyrkan operates year-round. As a nursing assistant with us, you work to enable our customers to remain in their homes with security, dignity, and quality. Your work should be characterized by care, professionalism, and presence. We are also seeking staff for extra work as needed. We operate 365 days a year. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant with a professional approach to the profession and to customer interactions. The position requires: • Protected professional title as a nursing assistant issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) • Manual Category B driver's license and driving experience, good cycling experience and willingness to use a bicycle and walk while on duty • Strong ability to meet people in different life situations in a professional, respectful, and empathetic manner • Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and see the bigger picture in your assignment • Stability and stress resilience, with the ability to manage varying work days • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • Basic knowledge of cooking and household management Experience from home care or similar services is a merit but not a requirement.
