Hagagården is located in the scenic Vendelsö area and specializes in dementia care, somatic care, and short-term residential services. Responsibilities As a Nursing Assistant at Hagagården's care and residential facility, you will have a central role in ensuring a safe and meaningful life for residents. The work involves providing support and assistance with daily activities Personal care and hygiene Working together with other care staff to create a safe and stimulating environment Participating in rehabilitation efforts and activities that promote physical and mental well-being Documenting and following up on individual care plans and guidelines Contributing to the development and improvement of operations by sharing your ideas and insights You will work on a schedule that includes day and evening shifts and every other weekend. Qualifications and Experience: Trained nursing assistant with certification of protected job title from the National Board of Health and Welfare. It's a merit if you've completed the basic training in Silvia Hemmet's care philosophy. You are confident in your professional role, and we see that you have previous experience working in care and support services. Communication and documentation are important parts of the work, so you need to have a good command of Swedish both spoken and written. We conduct language tests as part of the recruitment process.
