In your role as a nursing assistant, you work with care and support based on the residents' wishes, in accordance with care decisions, and always with a strong focus on quality. You work, for example, with helping with personal hygiene, preparing and serving meals, responding to calls, and providing social companionship. Social interaction is an important part of our work so that all our residents can live life, fully. This can range from conversations, playing games, going on outings, taking a bike ride, or doing fun activities together. You also work with delegated tasks from licensed staff, such as medication administration and training. Job Description We are currently seeking several part-time colleagues for a permanent position with a probationary period at 75% employment level with a start date by agreement. To be a candidate for this position, you need: A certificate from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant Good knowledge of Swedish language, both spoken and written We also consider it a merit if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care.
