The position involves working day shifts, evenings, and weekends at Mogården's special residential facility. Here we work as a team and helping each other to meet our residents' needs is a given.

JOB DUTIES
Nursing assistants at Mogården have their primary placement at Mogården in Hova. If needed, you should be flexible and able to provide services outside your regular workplace.
Job duties include meeting the individual's needs for nursing care and services in their home, performing medical interventions under the delegation of a registered nurse. As an employee, you collaborate with residents, colleagues, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, coordinators, and unit managers. We work with contact person assignments and as a nursing assistant you have special responsibility for a number of residents at Mogården. You participate in team meetings and develop implementation plans.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking a trained nursing assistant who can provide professional credentials with an interest in development and change. Requirements include strong collaboration skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
Good knowledge of Swedish language in speech and writing as well as good computer skills are required. It is important that you have a positive view of people, great commitment, a sense of responsibility, and place elderly residents' individual needs in focus. We are looking for someone who believes in the equal value and rights of all people.
Merit qualifications include experience with the Life Care documentation tool, knowledge in creating care plans and evaluation in BPSD, as well as good skills in meeting people with dementia. Further education as a specialist nursing assistant is highly valued.

Working hours: Shift work. 10-week schedule, working 4 weekends out of 10.
To ensure a safe and secure operation, the candidate offered the position will need to provide a current extract from the criminal record before employment can take effect.
