Centrum home care is primarily responsible for users who live in the most central parts of Kramfors, which means that employees usually travel between visits on foot. Gudmundrå home care operates in areas on the outskirts of central Kramfors, where the distances between users are greater and travel between visits usually occurs by car. Together, the teams offer meaningful and varied work with a focus on security, quality, and good care for our users. Services include work during day, evening, and weekends. 5 position(s). DUTIES As a nursing assistant in home care in Kramfors Municipality, you are a key person in our users' daily lives. With a person-centered approach, you base your work on each individual's needs, resources, and wishes to create security, well-being, and quality of life. The assignment includes being a permanent care contact for a number of users. This means special responsibility for ensuring continuity and good communication regarding the user, in close collaboration with relatives and colleagues. By using modern technical solutions and digital support, we work smarter, strengthen users' independence, and create better conditions for a good working environment and high-quality care. Being open to new ways of working and contributing to the development of operations is therefore an important part of the role as a nursing assistant with us. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has a protected professional title certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen). You have previous experience working in health and care and feel comfortable meeting people with different needs. You have good computer skills and can use digital tools as a natural part of your work. Since documentation and communication are important parts of the assignment, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. To thrive in the role, we see that you are responsible, flexible, and have good interpersonal skills. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
