We're now looking for nursing assistants who want to work to provide safe and quality care in our operations. The staffing team is based at Ängsö care and residential facility and works across four operations during short-term absences: Ängsö, Edö, Postiljonen, and day activities for people with dementia. The operations focus on somatic care, dementia care, short-term care, and day activities. The staffing team consists of approximately 12 nursing assistants, one staffing coordinator, and one manager. The team has an important role in ensuring continuity and security when regular staff are absent. With us you get varied and meaningful work with great diversity in your daily tasks. During the introduction you'll receive an overview of your role, expectations, and how you can contribute to our operations. Your role As a nursing assistant in the staffing team, you work in multiple care and residential facilities as well as in day activities based on the operations' needs. The role involves covering short-term absences and quickly familiarizing yourself with new workplaces and routines. To thrive in the role, you need to be flexible as you work in different operations and may need to change workplaces with short notice. You work full-time (37.5 hours/week) and work is scheduled for day, evening, and weekend shifts. Since you're part of a staffing team, your schedule varies. Work times: Day shift: 07.00–15.30/16.00 Evening shift: 12.00/13.00–21.00 You contribute together with your colleagues to ensuring the residents' daily life is safe, meaningful, and dignified. With a professional and respectful approach, you ensure good care based on the individual's needs and circumstances. You're an important part of creating a functioning daily life where quality, participation, and security are at the center. Your competence and experience We're looking for someone who is: • a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title • at least 3 years of experience working in elderly care • basic computer skills and experience with documentation • excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. It's an advantage if you have: • experience with medication delegation. We see that you're a stable person who brings security to your work and in interactions with others. You're service-oriented and have a professional approach where you prioritize the individual's needs. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working together with colleagues in different teams and operations. Furthermore, you work with empathy and responsiveness in your interactions with each individual, and you're flexible in your daily work and adapt easily to changed circumstances and needs. We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities, skills, and motivation for the position.
