What We Are Looking For We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant or have other qualifications that the employer deems equivalent. It is advantageous if you have experience in acute care, maternity ward, delivery care, or gynecology. We also see it as positive if you have knowledge of the Cosmic journal system and good knowledge of Swedish and English. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. As a person, you are mature, flexible, and self-directed. You are structured and take initiative in your work, and you have good collaboration skills. To work with us, you need to be flexible and have an easy time adapting to changed circumstances as the situation requires. What You Will Work With As a nursing assistant on the maternity ward and delivery unit, you participate in the care of the family, and you are also a support during delivery and the first time on the maternity ward. Breastfeeding and early bonding are other major focus areas within our clinic. You work in a team consisting of doctors, nurses or midwives, and nursing assistants. Selection and interviews take place on a rolling basis and positions may be filled before the final application deadline.
