About Äldreboende Näsby Slottspark Näsby Slottspark is located in Täby and offers fresh and well-planned facilities in a beautiful natural setting by the water. The residence consists of 54 apartments distributed across three floors, with units for general care and dementia care. We place great emphasis on outdoor activities for our residents as we are situated in a wonderful castle park with beautiful walking paths and excellent public transportation. Näsby Slottspark also has a restaurant kitchen where meals are prepared by the residence's own chef. You can reach us by tram to Näsby allé or by bus to Näsby slott. Within elderly care, we have a unique organization for healthcare services. The physician responsible for healthcare services at the residences under the foundation's management is employed by us. This strengthens continuity and collaboration in our professional teams. About the Care Assistant role As a Care Assistant, you work in a team to provide excellent, person-centered care through an individualized approach based on the residents' perspectives. We strive for our employees to feel involved, proud, and responsible for the work we do. We are currently looking for a part-time Care Assistant at 90% and also for someone seeking hourly work. Please indicate in your application how you wish to work. Start date and salary by agreement. Are you our new colleague? Requirements: • Care Assistant trained according to Swedish legislation on protected professional titles for care assistants • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • Minimum 1 year of experience in elderly care During the interview, submitted information about your protected title will be verified against the register in HOSP. We are looking for someone who: • Is confident in your role as a Care Assistant • Enjoys taking initiative and sees solutions instead of problems • Is responsible and always demonstrates good conduct • Can contribute to a good work environment that respects everyone's equal value We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
