Job Responsibilities As a nursing assistant with us at Hönekullagård care and housing facility, you provide our residents with safe, dignified, and person-centered care. You support daily life based on individual needs and care plans, with a focus on participation, independence, and quality of life. The work includes personal care, social interaction, activities, meal support, service provisions, and delegated health and medical care tasks. You are also responsible for social documentation and maintain contact with family members. You work closely with colleagues in a team and actively contribute to good collaboration, professional conduct, and a safe environment for both residents and staff. The role requires responsibility, high integrity, and a quality-conscious work approach. Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, and weekend shifts. First and foremost, we are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, and secondly, we welcome those without formal training who are interested in pursuing this education. Co-Planning – How It Works With Us Härryda municipality works to create stable operations with increased basic staffing. This means we apply co-planning, where you have a home unit but can also work shifts at other units as needed. The purpose is to ensure continuity and safe care for residents while giving you the opportunity for variety, experience exchange, and professional development. Requirements Trained nursing assistant Good computer skills, experience with social documentation Good command of Swedish language, both spoken and written Ability to take on and follow delegated health and medical care tasks Merits Experience in care and support Experience in palliative care/somatic care Previous experience with quality work Experience with Combine, TES, and BPSD registry The operation requires you to accept delegation and perform tasks according to health and medical care regulations.
