Stenungsund's newly built special housing facility Lövberga is expanding and is now opening an additional wing focused on individuals with cognitive impairment. Therefore, we are seeking dedicated and compassionate nursing assistants who want to be part of creating a safe, meaningful, and high-quality daily life for our residents. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a nursing assistant with us, you work closely with residents and help create a safe and stimulating environment. Your job duties include:
• Personal care and assistance
• Support in daily life based on the individual's needs and wishes
• Documentation according to applicable procedures
• Collaboration with colleagues, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists
• Contributing to good quality of life and dignified treatment
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who:
• Are a trained nursing assistant
• Have a genuine interest in working with elderly people
• Are responsible, flexible, and have good teamwork skills
• Can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Experience in elderly care and/or dementia care is an asset
