Gläntan has 16 apartments and specializes in care and support for people with cognitive impairment. Then we look forward to your application! 🌟 Responsibilities Provide our residents with safe and good care based on their needs Assist with personal care, meals, and social activities 🍲 Collaborate with family members and create meaningful encounters Daily tasks such as cleaning and laundry 🧹👕 Delegated healthcare tasks 💊 Key worker responsibilities and advocacy roles—here you'll have the chance to make an impact and develop! 🌟 You will work day shifts, evening shifts, and weekends (2 weekends in a 4-week period). Qualifications We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people, ensures good care, and wants to contribute to meaningful encounters with our residents. You should have good collaboration skills, work with quality awareness, and be able to build trusting relationships. As a person, you are empathetic, flexible, self-motivated, and responsible. To be eligible for this position, you need to: Be a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title. Have good computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Hold a B-class driver's license and have access to a car, or live in the local area. Meritorious: Previous experience in care and support Advanced training in dementia care or previous experience working with people with cognitive impairment Experience with social documentation We place great emphasis on personal qualities and conduct.
