We are now making changes to our schedule and are therefore seeking more team members to join us.
Within elderly care in Vetlanda municipality, we work for Esther's best – always with focus on the individual and how we can strengthen their security and independence.
Kvarngården is located near Kvarndammen, with forest and walking trails right next to it. There are four units with private kitchens and shared spaces for socializing. Outdoor areas and balconies make it easy for our residents to get out in the fresh air and enjoy the surroundings.
In your work at Kvarngården, you are an important part of the elderly residents' daily life. You contribute to ensuring that each person receives the care and support they need – physically, socially, and culturally – with the individual's needs at the center.
As part of the operations, we organize activities where we bake, play bingo, sing, read, and do gymnastics together. We also have service staff to support the nursing assistants.
We are looking for someone who meets each individual with respect and care, and who upholds self-determination and integrity. You are confident in your professional role, take initiative, and can work independently, but also enjoy collaborating with colleagues.

The positions are permanent positions at 80 percent employment, with the possibility of a higher employment rate if desired.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant.
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Experience from similar work is a merit.
The position requires an extract from the criminal record register. The extract should be for HVB facilities and is ordered via the Police website. (https://polisen.se/tjanster-tillstand/belastningsregistret/hvb-hem/)

Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent, start date: Start date by agreement. Selection and interviews are held on a rolling basis.
Working hours: Daytime, evening, and weekends.
