We are looking for you to help create security and quality for our elderly clients within home care services. The work involves you and your colleagues carrying out approved assistance measures based on the elderly person's wishes and needs in their home. We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in our operations – we can always improve. JOB DUTIES As an employee with us, you are responsible for carrying out decided assistance measures. These tasks include, among other things, support and help with meals, hygiene, transfers, activities, etc. Your assignment will also be to support customers as needed and strengthen their ability to be independent. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and has a good ability to adapt interactions based on the individual's needs. You are trained or training to become a nursing assistant/care worker. Commitment and interest in the target group You are thorough and set high standards for your work performance You are service-oriented, stable, empathetic, loyal, and have good judgment You have the ability to collaborate with colleagues and customers You have the ability to take personal responsibility and work independently You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing Trained or training to become a nursing assistant/care worker Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written Have a Class B driver's license or can cycle Send us a CV and a personal letter and tell us why you would be a good fit for this role.
