2 position(s). Home Care Gamla Herrgården is seeking two dedicated nursing assistants who want to make a difference in people's daily lives. Position and Workplace Description We have approximately 30 employees organized into three geographical work teams. Each team is led by a team leader, and we work closely together with strong collaboration, supporting each other in our daily work. We provide home care services to care recipients in the areas of Östanfors, Gamla Herrgården, and Elsborg in central Falun. We primarily use bicycles to travel between care recipients, though vehicles are also available in the organization. The work involves extensive contact and close collaboration with care recipients, family members, colleagues, and other partners, both within and outside our organization. The position includes work during daytime, evening, and weekends. Responsibilities As a nursing assistant at Home Care Gamla Herrgården, you will be an important part of a dedicated team providing healthcare, care, and services to care recipients with approved assistance decisions. You will work to create a safe and meaningful daily life based on each care recipient's individual needs and wishes. The work is varied and includes both nursing care and service tasks. Your responsibilities include: performing healthcare, care, and service tasks serving as the primary care contact together with a colleague for several care recipients cooperating with care recipients, family members, and other professionals documenting according to applicable guidelines working under delegation for medication and insulin administration Qualifications The role requires: Nursing assistant certification with a professional diploma from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) Good ability to ride a bicycle, as this is our primary mode of transportation between care recipients Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who takes responsibility for their work and demonstrates professional conduct. You are flexible and can adapt when circumstances change. Since the work involves both independent work and close collaboration with colleagues, you need to thrive in both roles.
