Job Duties As a nursing assistant/care aide at Treklövern, you'll be part of a skilled team consisting of both nursing assistants and care aides. As a nursing assistant/care aide, you provide care and social support using a salutogenic approach. Your tasks include helping people with, for example: hygiene, dressing, and cleaning, as well as providing support during meals. Tasks delegated by licensed healthcare personnel may also occur. Collaboration is a very important part of your workday, and you work together with your closest colleagues and healthcare personnel for each individual. Your duties also include documentation and contact with family members. Qualifications We're looking for someone with previous experience working in elder care and/or healthcare. Training as a nursing assistant is a merit. Communication and documentation are important tools in the work, which requires that you have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Bergs Municipality is a Sámi administration municipality, and we therefore consider it a merit if you have knowledge of South Sámi language and culture.
