Job Duties As a nursing assistant/care aide at Treklövern, you will join a competent work team consisting of both nursing assistants and care aides. You will work providing care and social support to our residents and service users who need help managing their daily lives. Our work is based on the individual's needs and wishes, where dialogue and cooperation are important tools for achieving high-quality care and support. As a nursing assistant/care aide, you provide care and social support using a salutogenic approach. Your duties include helping people with, for example: hygiene, dressing and cleaning, as well as supporting them during meals. Work tasks delegated by licensed healthcare personnel may also occur. Cooperation is a very important part of your daily work, and you work together with your closest colleagues and healthcare personnel for each individual. Documentation and contact with family members are also part of your duties. Qualifications We are looking for someone with previous experience working in elderly care and/or healthcare. Nursing assistant training is a merit. Communication and documentation are important tools in the work, which requires that you have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Bergs Municipality is a Sámi administrative municipality, and we therefore consider it a merit if you have knowledge of South Sámi language and culture. Personal Qualities To fit the role of nursing assistant/care aide with us, you need to be good at communicating and have a constructive, empathetic approach. You enjoy working together in a group but are confident enough in your role to work independently. Furthermore, we would like to see that you are engaged and involved in developing our operations.
