As a nursing assistant, you will work independently providing nursing care and services in our clients' homes, based on needs assessments and care plans from social services case managers. Qualifications Nursing assistant certification Experience in home care or nursing is advantageous. Commitment to providing high-quality care. Social skills and ability to build positive relationships. Responsible and stress-resilient. Fluent Swedish in speech and writing. Class B driver's license is required. Working Conditions Scheduled shifts covering day, evening, and weekends. Employment type: permanent position with a 6-month probationary period.
