At Kärna vårdby, we are now looking for a committed colleague for our short-term residential facility. We offer a permanent employment contract of 75-100% with varying working hours (day, evening, and weekends). As a nursing assistant, your work tasks will include everything from basic care – such as personal hygiene and transfers – to specific rehabilitation and medical interventions. You also contribute to well-being by performing household tasks such as cleaning and laundry. We work modernly with digital day planning for efficient resource allocation and place great emphasis on collaboration. Each shift begins and ends with a brief check-in to continuously develop our communication and our way of working as a team. Your workplace Kärna vårdby in Malmslätt offers short-term residential care with 22 places and has excellent public transportation connections. As a care worker or nursing assistant, you will be part of a close-knit team, where you collaborate with specialist nurses and registered nurses to jointly create the best possible care for our service users. You who are applying We are looking for you who have work experience from short-term services and have worked with dementia patients. Since the work involves extensive contact and documentation, it is a requirement that you master Swedish in speech and writing, and that you have previously documented in medical record systems. It is also important that you have knowledge of low-arousal approaches. As a person, you are self-driven and take full responsibility for your work tasks, and you drive the work forward in an efficient manner. You are structured, with a good ability to plan, organize, and prioritize. You are a team player who finds it easy to collaborate and communicate clearly and distinctly. Most importantly, you have empathetic abilities – the ability to put yourself in the service user's perspective and situation.
