Nursing Assistant/Care Assistant for Home Care East in Dokkas

Business Description Home Care consists of seven units: North, South, Near, East, Support Unit, Night Unit, and Resource Unit. All units, except the rural units, are co-located on Upplagsvägen together with home healthcare nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. Through individually needs-assessed interventions, we strengthen the individual's ability to manage their daily life and enable them to remain living in a safe and familiar environment. Job Duties As a nursing assistant/care assistant in Home Care East, you perform service and personal care tasks for clients in their own homes. We work based on quality and safety for our clients. The goal is satisfied clients whose needs form the basis for our services. You also have assignments as a contact person where you ensure the client's participation in their care plan. Documentation is an important part of your work duties. In our operations, we use, among other things, Pulsen Combine, TES, DF respons. In Home Care East with placement in Dokkas, there is some mobility to the villages of Ullatti and Hakkas. Qualifications Nursing assistant training or other education deemed equivalent. We are looking for someone who is collaborative, positive, and flexible. You understand the importance of good communication and have good interpersonal skills with clients, their relatives, and your colleagues. Computer and mobile phone are used as work tools, so you should have good digital competence and good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. Under the national minority language law, Gällivare Municipality is the administrative municipality for Sámi, Meänkieli, and Finnish. Knowledge of any of these languages is a merit in applications for employment with Gällivare Municipality. A driver's license is required. Work Hours/Duration Permanent employment 100%.
