Ekan is the municipality's smallest special housing facility with eight apartments, creating a calm, safe, and family-like environment for both residents and staff. The housing is located on the ground floor and offers pleasant common areas that promote social interaction and community in everyday life. From the kitchen, there is direct access to a patio used for activities, outdoor time, and pleasant moments together. Ekan is designed for people with extensive care and nursing needs, where we work person-centered with the resident's security, participation, and quality of life in focus. We're looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and has a genuine interest in working with elderly people. You thrive with teamwork, have good interpersonal skills, and want to help create a meaningful everyday life for our residents. Participate in planning and implementing care and nursing services. Collaborate with colleagues and nurses to ensure good quality care. Document and report in accordance with current procedures. Qualifications: Nursing assistant training or other relevant training in health and care. Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing Good cooperation skills and empathetic approach. Ability to adapt your work style and work person-centered based on each care recipient's needs.
