We're looking for someone skilled in your profession who enjoys meeting people in different situations. Together with the nursing staff, rehabilitation specialists, and management, we collaborate around each resident to provide a good quality of life every day. We're looking for you with a genuine interest in elderly people, where your main responsibilities are to provide safe and secure personal care. You support residents in their daily lives and create conditions for a safe and meaningful everyday experience. As a nursing assistant, you're responsible for providing residents with quality care in accordance with what has been agreed upon in the care plan. This includes, among other things: Work as a contact person based on Norlandia's "Your Day" concept. Personal care and supporting residents' own resources. Work based on Norlandia's "Delicious Meals" concept so our residents enjoy their food and meals are a highlight of their day. Document according to the Social Services Act; maintain social records and create and follow up care plans. Plan, offer, and conduct daily activities, outdoor time, entertainment, crafts, cultural activities, etc., both individual and group activities. Perform service tasks such as apartment cleaning, laundry, accompanying residents on errands and shopping. Receive and perform delegated tasks such as medication administration. Take responsibility in ombudsman roles. Actively participate in quality and improvement work. About Björknäsgården Senior Living Community Björknäsgården is a newly built, private senior living community that opened to the public in November 2019. We offer 126 residential places, including 18 for dementia care. In February 2024, we're opening an additional 18 dementia care places. The community is centrally located with close access to animals and nature. Parking and engine heaters are available for our car-using staff. Björknäsgården specializes in daily activities for our residents, both large and small. We'd like you to have good computer skills and experience. We want you to be familiar with the national quality registers relevant to our operations.
