Nursing Assistant/Care Assistant/Home Care Support - "Hourly Position"

At HemTrevnad, we work in a person-centered way with a flexible and family-like approach. We offer: HemTrevnad employees have influence over the planning of the day and have the opportunity to significantly influence how work hours are scheduled. We work daytime and/or evening hours (no nights). We don't use minute-by-minute scheduling for daily schedules. You receive support from your manager and coordinator on site. You'll have several introduction days with both practical sessions and theoretical training. HemTrevnad values a good work environment where everyone can thrive and feel a sense of community. HemTrevnad has a collective agreement. Job Responsibilities Your workday is planned based on approved services and the individual's care plan. Approved services can range from light activities such as walks to caring for people with various healthcare needs such as hygiene, meal preparation, and personal care. Most importantly, the individual must trust you and receive the help and support they need at the right time and delivered with high quality. As an assistant, you work with various care services and have the opportunity to also work with service tasks. If you have training as a care assistant, you may have the opportunity to administer medications with delegation. Qualifications You have a B driver's license and can ride a bike. You understand Swedish and can handle the Swedish language well in both speech and writing. You must be able to work day and evening hours as well as weekends. As a person, you are confident and have the ability to perform your work with thoroughness, attentiveness, and helpfulness. You are an important piece of the puzzle in our operation, and great weight will be placed on personal suitability. You must have the ability to handle questions that arise in everyday situations with tact, sensitivity, and good judgment. You have the ability to build good relationships with clients and their relatives as well as with other professional groups you collaborate with. Nursing Assistant - you must provide a professional certificate from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare. Care Assistant - this means you have 800 upper secondary school credits in care and welfare subjects. Assistant - you have other education or experience in similar work that the employer considers appropriate for the position. An extract from the criminal record and suspicion register is required to be considered for a position at HemTrevnad.
