Together as a team with nurses, rehabilitation staff, and management, we collaborate around the residents to provide a good life every day. We are looking for you with a genuine interest in elderly individuals, where your main responsibilities are to provide safe and secure personal care and support. You support the residents in their daily life and create conditions for a safe and meaningful everyday experience. As a nursing assistant, you are responsible for providing residents with high-quality care and support in accordance with what has been agreed upon with the resident in the care plan. This includes, among other things: Working as a contact person based on Norlandia's "My Day" concept. Personal care and support, and utilizing residents' own resources. Working based on Norlandia's "Tasty Meal" concept so that our residents appreciate the food and the meal experience adds a special touch to everyday life. Document according to the Social Services Act; maintain social records and create and follow up on care plans. Plan, offer, and conduct daily activities, outdoor time, entertainment, crafts, cultural activities, etc., both individual and group activities. Perform service tasks such as cleaning apartments, laundry, assistance with errands and shopping, etc. Receive and perform delegated work tasks such as medication administration. Take responsibility in ombudsman roles. Actively participate in the facility's quality and improvement work.
