Nursing Assistant/Care Aide

About the Position We are looking for care personnel who want to be an important part of our operations. As a nursing assistant, care aide, or care worker, you provide support, service, and nursing care based on each customer's individual needs. You contribute to creating security, participation, and a meaningful daily life for our customers. The work takes place both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues and other professionals to ensure high-quality care. Employment Level: 70-85% Workplace/Operation: Home Care North Work Hours: Day, evening, and weekends Your work tasks include, among other things: Nursing care and support in daily activities Observations and reporting of the patient's condition Nursing documentation according to current procedures Sample collection and checks according to delegation Collaboration with nurses and other professionals Documentation in Take Care About Our Offer: Wellness benefits are provided via ePassi and amount to 5,000 kronor for full-time employment, with amounts calculated proportionally based on your employment level. Experience working in home care, elderly care, or other equivalent care operations. Be able to cycle, as a bicycle is used as a work tool when traveling between customers. It is advantageous if you also have: Nursing assistant education with a certificate of protected professional title. We are looking for someone who is flexible and can adapt to customer needs and operational conditions. You are self-directed and take responsibility for planning and performing your work in an independent and structured manner. As a person, you are service-oriented and have a professional demeanor where you always strive to provide customers with good support and high-quality care.
