Job Responsibilities As an employee, your primary task is to provide support, motivation, and care to our residents. We work in a health-promoting manner with the aim of strengthening the individual's own abilities and ensuring that everyone living with us has the opportunity to live their life, fully. Your responsibilities include, among other things, personal care, contact person duties, and social and physical activities with our residents. We work in teams, which means that many different professions work together with the common goal of creating good quality of life and a good environment for our residents. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a nursing assistant or who has other education or experience that the employer deems sufficient. We would appreciate if you have further training in elderly care and/or dementia or have education in psychiatry. Experience working in care and support is a merit. It is important that you enjoy working with people and are flexible and receptive to new ideas and methods. The position requires sufficient knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, in order to communicate with residents, perform care documentation, and receive medication delegation.
