Welcome with your application! Job Duties As an employee, your primary task is to provide support, motivation, and care to our clients. We work health-promoting with the aim of strengthening the individual's own abilities and ensuring that all who receive our support feel secure living in their home. Participation, development, and community are key words for us where continuous improvements provide the conditions to create good quality. We work with welfare technology with the aim of increasing security, participation, and independence for our clients. Job duties include, among other things, personal care, assistance with household tasks in clients' homes, medication management and wound care, documentation, contact person responsibilities, and social and physical activities together with our clients. We work in teams, which means that many different professional groups have the common goal of creating a good quality of life for our clients. We offer you meaningful work where you have the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge in palliative care, dementia, everyday rehabilitation approaches, and patient transfer techniques. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant or have other education or experience that the employer deems sufficient. We would like to see that you have further training in elderly care and/or dementia or have an educational focus on psychiatry. Experience working in healthcare and care is a merit. It is important that you enjoy and feel comfortable working with people and that you are flexible and receptive to new ideas and working methods. The work requires sufficient knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing to, among other things, be able to communicate with clients, perform healthcare documentation, and obtain medication delegation. A valid driver's license, category B, is required; access to your own car is a merit. The positions are three permanent full-time employment contracts at 100%. Start date by agreement.
