Duties As a team member, your primary task is to provide support, motivation, and care to our service users. We work to promote health with the aim of strengthening individuals' own abilities and ensuring that everyone receiving our support feels secure living in their own home. We work with welfare technology aimed at increasing security, participation, and independence for our service users. Your duties include personal care, assistance with household chores in service users' homes, medication management and wound care, documentation, contact person responsibilities, and social and physical activities with our service users. We work in teams, which means that many different professional groups share the common goal of creating good quality of life for our service users. You will currently be placed at home care service Järven. We also collaborate with nearby areas. We offer you meaningful work where you have the opportunity to develop in-depth knowledge of palliative care, dementia, activity-promoting approaches, and transfer techniques. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a nursing assistant or has other education or experience that the employer considers sufficient. We particularly welcome advanced training in geriatric care and/or dementia or education in psychiatry. Experience working in health and social care is a merit. It is important that you enjoy and are satisfied working with people, and that you are flexible and receptive to new ideas and working methods. The position requires sufficient knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing to communicate with service users, perform care documentation, and receive medication delegation. A valid driver's license, category B, and access to your own car are requirements. Please attach a CV and personal letter with your application.
