Welcome to the home care area of Domsjö/Hörnett. In ordinary housing, we work to provide the people we serve with properly executed services based on their needs, delivered with respect and good care, creating security.
We are now seeking three colleagues who can provide our clients with good care and contribute to a good work environment. The positions consist of two permanent positions at 100% starting by agreement and a temporary contract at 100% for the period 2026-09-01 through 2027-09-30.
Job Duties
As a team member, your primary task is to provide support, motivation, and care to our clients. We work in a health-promoting manner with the aim of strengthening individuals' own abilities and ensuring that everyone who receives our support feels secure living in their home.
Participation, development, and community are key principles for us, where continuous improvements provide the foundation for creating good quality. We work with welfare technology to increase security, participation, and independence for our clients.
Your job duties include personal care, assisting with household tasks in clients' homes, medication management and wound care, documentation, contact person responsibilities, and social and physical activities with our clients. We work in teams, which means that many different professional groups share the common goal of creating good quality of life for our clients. We offer you meaningful work where you have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in palliative care, dementia, everyday rehabilitation approaches, and transfer techniques. You will currently be placed at the home care service in Domsjö/Hörnett. We also collaborate with nearby areas.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is a nursing assistant or has other education or experience that the employer deems sufficient. We would appreciate if you have further education in elderly care and/or dementia or have a training background in psychiatry. Experience working in healthcare and social care is meritorious. It is important that you enjoy and are comfortable working with people, and that you are flexible and receptive to new ideas and ways of working.
The position requires sufficient knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing to communicate with clients, perform care documentation, and obtain medication authorization. A valid driver's license (category B) and access to your own car are required.

A number of positions in our municipality are classified in security class, so security vetting may be conducted. These positions may require Swedish citizenship.
