Work Tasks As an employee, your primary task is to provide support, motivation, and care to our users. We work to promote health with the aim of strengthening the individual's own abilities and ensuring that everyone who receives our support feels secure living in their home. Participation, development, and community are key words for us, where continuous improvements provide the conditions for creating good quality. We work with welfare technology with the aim of increasing security, participation, and independence for our users. The work tasks include, among other things, personal care, assisting with household tasks in the user's home, handling medications and wound care, documentation, contact person responsibilities, and social and physical activities together with our users. We work in teams, which means that many different professional groups have the common goal of creating good quality of life for our users. You will currently be placed at Home Care Services Renen in central Örnsköldsvik. We also collaborate with nearby areas. We offer you meaningful work where you have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in palliative care, dementia, everyday rehabilitation approaches, and transfer techniques. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant or have other education or experience that the employer deems sufficient. We would like to see that you have further training in elderly care and/or dementia or have an educational focus on psychiatry. Experience working in health and care is meritorious. It is important that you enjoy and are comfortable working with people and that you are flexible and receptive to new ideas and working methods. The work requires sufficient knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing to, among other things, communicate with users, perform care documentation, and obtain medication delegation. A valid driver's license, category B, and access to your own car are required. Before a possible employment, an extract from the criminal record for work with elderly and adults with disabilities must be presented to the employer. In our municipality, a number of positions are placed in security class, so security clearance may be conducted. These positions may require Swedish citizenship.
