Job Duties As an employee, your primary task is to provide support, motivation and care to our service users. We work in a health-promoting way with the aim of strengthening the individual's own abilities and ensuring that everyone who receives our support feels secure living in their own home. Participation, development and community are key words for us where continuous improvements provide the conditions for creating good quality. We work with welfare technology with the aim of increasing security, participation and independence for our service users. The job duties include, among other things, personal care, support with household chores in the service user's home, medication handling and wound dressing, documentation, contact person duties as well as social and physical activities together with our service users. We work in teams which means that many different professional groups have the common goal of creating a good quality of life for our service users. You will currently be placed at Anundsjö home care. We also collaborate with nearby areas. We offer you meaningful work where you have the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge in palliative care, dementia, everyday rehabilitation approaches and moving techniques. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a care assistant or have other education or experience that the employer considers sufficient. We would like to see that you have further training in elderly care and/or dementia or have an educational focus on psychiatry. Experience of working in health and social care is a merit. It is important that you enjoy and are comfortable working with people and that you are flexible and open to new ideas and working methods. The work requires sufficient knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing in order to, among other things, communicate with service users, perform care documentation and receive medication delegation. A valid driver's license, category B driving authorization and access to your own car is a requirement. Attach CV and personal letter with your application. In connection with the interview, we will conduct an identity check and verify citizenship. Approved documents are passport, international ID card, driver's license+certificate of identity from the Swedish Tax Agency or other ID documents that support citizenship. For some positions, an extract from the police's suspicion and criminal record register must be presented. We would like to see language skills in Finnish and/or one of the Sami varieties as Örnsköldvik municipality is part of both Finnish and Sami administrative areas. In our municipality, a number of positions are placed in security classes so security vetting may take place.
