The teams' employees have great responsibility in developing and improving care in collaboration with the area's management. JOB DUTIES As a nursing assistant in inpatient care, you work closest to the patient and provide daily support through personal care and social contact. With us, you work together with other professional categories such as nurses, doctors, social workers, and psychologists. You get a broad and exciting field of work and close collaboration with the area's outpatient care. Department 4A is primarily a psychosis ward with 10 care beds. We also have experience and high expertise in eating disorder care in severe phases. Most patients are cared for under involuntary treatment. Here we work with challenges such as patient involvement and person-centered care under involuntary treatment. Care is always designed based on the patient's individual needs where the person is at the center. QUALIFICATIONS You must be a trained nursing assistant with proof of protected professional title or trained caregiver in psychiatry. Previous work experience from psychiatry, treatment homes, or similar activities is meriting. Furthermore, it is meriting if you have education and work experience in basic care.
